One-time setup — Apple doesn't let Safari touch the LED. Make a Shortcut once and this button fires it.
Setup steps
  1. Open the Shortcuts app on iPhone
  2. Tap + → name it exactly Toggle Flashlight
  3. Add action: Set Flashlight → tap "Turn", change to Toggle
  4. Done. Tap the button above any time.
